Parasialing Seattle
As much as a rush as Bungi jumping in Africa was, Parasailing in Seattle is peaceful. It is a unique experience, to be above one of the largest ports in America, a place bustling with activity, and to hear only the air breezing past. To be above this gorgeous bay, surrounded by the Olympics to the west and Rainier to the east. The last two times I went up I had the foresight to hang a camera around my neck.

I hope the pictures will bring you a sense of some of the peace I find in parasailing Seattle.

Up, Up and Away!
Getting my feet wet!
Lean back and enjoy the ride, and the view. I highly recommend taking the shoes off, particularly for the getting wet part. And for some strange reason, every time I sail I get "Freebird" stuck in my head. The cool thing about it is everything I hear "Freebird" I get thoughts of parasailing stuck in the same place!
